Cashew Milk latte

Let’s try something fun today instead of the same of old boring tea you drink every day!
This recipe is an innovative tea blend by miss Alexis Siemons

½ cup of cashews (raw, unflavoured / un-roasted)
1 ½ cup of water
1 ½ tablespoons of black tea
1 tablespoon of sugar/ maple syrup
Pinch of salt
1. Soak the cashew in an airtight container filled with water. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours minimum. this helps in softening and giving it a creamy texture.
2. Heat 1 and a half cups of water and bring it to boil. Add the black tea and steep it for several minutes.
3. Remove from heat. Strain the tea and keep aside to cool.
4. Once the tea has cooled, blend the cashews and the tea with salt and the sugar syrup in a high power blender.
Serve immediately for best flavour. you could store in the latte for 3 days maximum.
